I love the following from segment of the article:

"The new body will seek to promote financial education through popular culture including television, the print media and computer games."

In other words, the TV, media, and computer game industries will not produce based on consumer demands, but will be used as vehicles for a little social engineering.

Teaching Capitalism while using authoritarian methods...that's a good one!
