Beautiful wood decor. Shades down so it must be bright and sunny outside; a little on the hot and somewhat humid side -- considering it's the latter part of summer -- with a 60% chance of afternoon thunderstorms. Seems that the air conditioner is on which helps explain your relaxed appearance.
No need for these boys to talk, Matt. It's all tacit at this point. Relaxed and tacit.

Wow! Cool. Peter Lewin taught my intro to econ class in my Freshman year at the University of Dalls. Good to see him looking well.
